As of 1st August 2023, we are no longer able to offer support around the European Union Settlement Scheme.

There are various organisations across the country that are now providing support in some form - these can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/eu-settlement-scheme-community-support-for-vulnerable-citizens/list-of-organisations there is also a post code checker which will enable you to find the nearest organisation that can support you.

If you have pre-settled status and have children born in the UK, they need to apply to the EU settlement scheme.
If you have settled status, your children born in the UK are eligible for British citizenship.
