🐻🌿 WOW… WHAT A DAY! CUB HUB IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! 🧡

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! 🥹

To every single person who came down to celebrate our opening day with us, we cannot thank you enough. Seeing Cub Hub finally come to life, filled with little smiles, laughter and families making memories, has meant the absolute world to us. 🐾

As with any new adventure, today came with a few teething problems. Unfortunately, our ordering system decided to let us down on the day we needed it most, which understandably caused some frustration and longer waits than we’d hoped for.

We want to sincerely apologise to anyone whose experience was affected. We hear your feedback, we understand your frustrations, and we’re already working hard to put things right. We’re still learning, finding our feet and making improvements every step of the way. 🤎

We’ve poured so much love, hard work and dedication into creating somewhere truly special for families, and while today wasn’t without its challenges, we couldn’t be prouder to finally open our doors.

We genuinely hope everyone who visited had a lovely time, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back for many more happy memories.

Here’s to the beginning of something special. 🐻🌿

With lots of love and gratitude, Team cub hub 🤎
