This is the most frustrating issue we have with waste disposal in Southport.

The image on the left is the bin bag this morning that I left last night after collecting the rubbish from the red bin bag that had spread everywhere.

But the company that was meant to collect it just left it behind because I assume it wasn’t in a red bin bag!.

Sefton Council please have a word with this company.

A big thank you to Nico at Wine & Words By Watson for lending me a brush and giving me a bin liner to clean up the mess on Lord Street.

Sefton Council cleaning service are very busy and can do with every bit of help and support to make our community shine.

I’ve been out to see the amount of weeds growing in Dukes Ward which is not good at all.

As you know from my video I have cleaned a lot away in my Street with my neighbours.

We need to make sure that the council  regularly targets the weeds and keep to schedule they have, all throughout the summer.
