Labour’s policies in a nutshell - successful man makes lots of money and pays lots of tax, equivalent to 38,000 average taxpayers - Labour “tax him more” - successful man simply leaves.

Now he’s gone and we all get to pick up the tab.

Labour’s high taxes, and the prospect of even higher taxes, are driving wealth creators and entrepreneurs out of the country.

You don’t get world class public services by driving those who pay the most tax out of the country.

Vote Reform, Get Labour

This is quite literally the outcome locally as a Reform councillor who unsuccessfully stood in the Northern Parishes in May has defected to Labour.

We’ve said it before and will say it again, Reform are not a serious party.

A changed Conservative Party under the leadership of Kemi Badenoch is the only party that has a plan to deliver lower taxes, reduce our ballooning welfare bill, increase defence spending, protect our borders and deliver the economic growth we need.

It’s becoming clearer every day that it’s Conservatives under the leadership of Kemi Badenoch who are best placed to beat Labour.

Reform are in free fall and embroiled in yet another scandal about dodgy money.

The Conservative Party is focussing on what is best for Britain with a common sense plan to deliver lower taxes, a growing economy that helps deliver the world class public services we need, a stronger military, stronger borders with a focus on personal responsibility and rewarding those who make the right choices.

Spend, Spend, Spend = Tax, Tax, Tax

Labour are taking the country back to the 1970’s with plans for re-nationalisation, massive levels of borrowing and more tax rises.

Borrowing costs are soaring, at the highest levels for around 20 years, yet Labour have announced no plans to cut spending.

That means one thing, your taxes are going to go up, again.

Rather than take the difficult decisions needed, Labour are just going to carry on maxing out the country’s credit card.

We need to tackle the ballooning welfare bill, cut spending, get the economy growing and start living within our means.
