Spot the access door! This kitchen extract system included 12 metres of ductwork, with just one single access panel installed(!) Some will argue you could clean effectively with this set-up (we disagree). And regardless of this, a VHR-certified Post Clean Verification Report requires multiple areas to have grease levels measured, alongside photographic evidence of each measuring point.

Can you name the specified locations? Bonus point if you spot the other component in this system that would require access doors either side of it!
