It is on Fishermans Walk in Southbourne which is a blue flag beach and also dog friendly all year round. Payment is due in advance to secure your booking and this is non refundable. It comes with 12 chairs, tables, picnicware, gas BBQ, stove, kettle, beach toys and games. It also has an honesty bar with some beer, wine and soft drinks. We just ask that you pop money in the pot for anything you hav

e drunk. The hut is just at that the bottom of the zig zag by the Commodore, 5 minutes walk along the promenade from the cliff lift.
