So, what’s the solution? Join us at CEMAST on the 27th of June from 9:30 – 15:00 for Thrive Together: Small Business Growth Day. Thrive Together is more than just a CPD Day; it's an opportunity for small businesses to come together, learn, and grow in a supportive environment. Our goal is to provide valuable insights and practical knowledge on key topics such as Marketing, Sales, AI, and more, tailored specifically to the needs of small businesses. Most importantly, there is no charge for this day.

Thrive Together will also have a small business exhibition, showcasing innovative products and services that could benefit your business. Transfer to Transform gives employers the opportunity to support each other by utilising unspent levy funding. Large businesses can pledge unspent apprenticeship levy funds which will then be used to support SMEs in Southampton and Portsmouth with the costs of apprenticeship training. This will enable them to take on and train new staff or upskill existing members of their team. Transfer to Transform enables large businesses to directly impact on apprenticeship opportunities across the regions as well as demonstrating corporate social responsibility and reducing wastage of their unspent apprenticeship levy.
