Make your voice count. Shape the future of council housing in Southampton.
Southampton City Council is looking for tenants and leaseholders to join its Tenant Insight Panel – an independent group that helps shape and improve housing services.
This is your chance to influence how the Council delivers housing services
What’s involved?
• Attend meetings every month
• Review performance and challenge where needed
• Make recommendations for service improvements
• Receive training, support, and a warm welcome!
No previous experience needed
We’re looking for committed and curious individuals from all walks of life. Whether you're new to housing involvement or have experience, your voice matters.
What you’ll get:

What happens if you’re shortlisted?
✔ You’ll have an informal chat with Tenant Panel members, followed by an interview with the Vice Chair, Director of Housing, and Head of Housing Management and Neighbourhoods. Interviews will take place on 4th and 5th November between 1pm and 4.30pm at the Civic Centre.
✔ If successful, you’ll join the Panel for a three-year term, with a review at the end.
