We provide neurodisability services to adults in their own homes. Operating across Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset, Oxfordshire, Somerset and the Isle of Wight.

Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model of support helps people with learning disabilities achieve their ambitions and reduces the need for “challenging” behaviours using evidence-based approaches. We support people to live in their own homes, with their own tenancies. Our CEO Jonathan Beebee is a registered Learning Disabilities Nurse and qualified Behaviour Analyst. We are a medium-sized organisation supporting 35 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and with a workforce of just over 200.

supports young people with learning disabilities to build confidence, independence and everyday life skills through day projects, overnight stays and fun days out. From cooking and keeping active to spending time with friends and trying new experiences, Little Grove creates opportunities for young people to grow, learn and enjoy greater independence in a supportive environment.

It’s National Hate Crime Awareness Week 💜💛

As a third-party hate crime reporting centre and members of the Southampton Hate Crime Network, we’re passionate about raising awareness, educating future generations and empowering communities to report hate crime. 🤝

This year has seen an increase in hate crimes compared to the previous year, highlighting why it’s more important than ever to educate, support one another and stand together against hate.

Your voice matters, and reporting hate crime helps us work towards safer, more inclusive communities for all.

You can report a hate crime using the Love Don't Hate app, available to download from the App Store and Google Play.

Adam and his amazing team had a wonderful time out in Weymouth the other week!

They made the most of the warm Dorset weather with a lovely walk along the beach, enjoying the fresh sea air and beautiful surroundings. 🏖️
