Learn about plastic pollution and protect wildlife in this fun, free, ranger led activity! ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒ

Nurdles are lentil sized, plastic pellets that are melted down to make our single use plastic items. ๐ŸŸก During transport, huge numbers of them are lost in the sea and wash up on our beaches. ๐ŸŒŠ We must recover them from the environment before wildlife, like seabirds, decide to have a snack on them! ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Discover the wonderful life of birds here at Lepe!

On this guided walk, with our bird expert Toby, you will learn about the array of bird species who arrive on Lepe's shore, fly high in the tree tops and live deep within the conservation area. ๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒณ

The session starts with a brisk walk around the park followed by a hot drink and sweet treat in the Lookout cafรฉ, to refuel and chat amongst the group. Gluten free and vegan options will be available. ๐Ÿช๐Ÿต
