Please help us keep Bishop’s Itchington safe

Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service has reported an increase in deliberate fires across the county.

With the recent dry weather, even a small fire can spread very quickly. Please remind children and young people about the dangers of playing with fire, and keep matches and lighters stored safely.

If you spot a fire, move to a safe place and call 999.

The Parish Council was delighted to support the creation of a new cricket field at the Playing Fields, and it is fantastic to see work now underway.

This project represents a significant investment in community sport and will help provide improved facilities for current and future generations of cricketers in Bishops Itchington.

We would like to thank everyone involved in bringing the project to this stage and wish the Cricket Club every success as they prepare for an exciting new chapter. We look forward to seeing the new field in use and supporting the continued growth of cricket in the village.
