Drop in Tomorrow from 10am to 12pm as part of the Carers Awareness Week!

The theme for Carers Week 2026 is "Building Carer Friendly Communities."

Carers Week 2026 will run until 14th June and focuses on creating communities that recognise, value, and support unpaid carers in everyday life.

South Tyneside Council, along with our partners across South Tyneside, will be recognising the important contribution made by South Tyneside's estimated 15,000 carers.

This educational exercise programme is aimed at those who have problems like osteoartheritis, knee and hip pain to improve confidence and your mental wellbeing while reducing the pain from your problems.
£3 suggested donation per session and has 2 weekly sessions over 6 weeks.
