At Hospitality & Hope, we know that staying connected can change lives.

That’s why we offer free SIM cards to help people access vital digital support, stay in touch with loved ones, and reach essential services when they need them most.

Providing SIM cards is just one of the many ways we support people in crisis. Alongside this, our wider services work to build stability, confidence, and hope for the future across South Tyneside.

📣 Are you a young adult carer aged 16-25? We want to hear from you!

Do you regularly help care for a family member, partner or friend who is ill, disabled, has mental health difficulties, an addiction, or needs extra support? If so, you may be a young adult carer.

South Tyneside Council is inviting young adult carers to take part in a short survey and share their experiences. Your feedback will help us understand the challenges you face and what would make the biggest difference to your life.

To take the survey and for more information for young carers, visit
