It was lovely at Lunch Cafe yesterday and a great turnout. The menu was homemade quiche with salad, followed by rice pudding, and it’s always great to see a new face in the crowd as well.

New enquiries are always welcome on 01364 700282. Lunch is every Monday at 12 and costs £6 for 2 courses and coffee. It’s in the Recreation Ground Pavilion.

We will have cake stall and raffle tickets for sale on Sat 12th September 10-12 outside The Village Shop!

If you’d like to donated a cake or buns let us know - otherwise please turn up to get your raffle tickets and something delicious to eat!

Can you help us find a reliable and trustworthy gardener for a family in the village, who'd like their small garden to get a bit of a makeover. Please make suggestions if you have a gardener you trust and they have some space for another job. We need someone who could provide a reference from another local resident they work for, due to a previously bad experience this family had. Thank you!!
