Are you customer-focused, organised and confident making evidence-based decisions?

Join Solihull Council's Parking Service team and play a key role in delivering fair, efficient and legally compliant parking services across the borough. This varied position combines customer service, case management and decision-making, ensuring no two days are the same.

As a Parking Officer, you will:

* Assess and determine parking appeals and representations.
* Support the administration of parking permits and dispensations.
* Prepare cases for the Traffic Penalty Tribunal and other proceedings.
* Respond to enquiries from residents, businesses and stakeholders.
* Contribute to parking income reconciliation and contract management activities.

We're looking for individuals with previous experience in parking enforcement appeals and case management. You will be customer-focused with strong communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
