I know I’ve posted about this already, but it’s so significant that I think it deserves another mention.

Dementia doesn’t care about your politics, your religion, your background or who you are. It can affect any one of us.

If we’re lucky, we might never experience it ourselves. But it could be our best friend’s mother, someone we love, or the elderly neighbour across the road who keeps wandering from home.

That’s why making dementia research a national priority is such important news.

Finding a cure would be extraordinary. Just imagine the difference it could make to millions of people and their families.

This is something worth celebrating, whatever your politics. ❤️
