Year 3 had an amazing day on Friday at Jamie's Farm. What a fantastic way to launch their new Geography topic - Farm to Fork - which is starting after half term. The Year 3 staff were so impressed with all of the children and it was wonderful to hear how much they all enjoyed it. Well done Year 3!

A great first round of matches last night in the Summer Tennis Slam organised by Skipton Tennis Centre. Blessed with beautiful weather, the Water Street team played brilliantly, winning all their matches and showing fantastic sportsmanship throughout. Well done to all of the children and roll on the next round! Thank you to STC for the opportunity.

We love Year 1’s new display in the hall, showcasing their wonderful under the sea poetry and artwork. Super work Year 1!

We are so proud of the hard work and commitment of our Year 6 pupils. They could not have done anymore in their preparation for the KS2 SATs and were incredible throughout SATs week. They are all amazing and it was lovely to see them receive their hoodies and celebrate with a milkshake at Coffee and Clay last Friday!

Thank you ever so much to Nicky for coming to talk to the children about Rotary and their upcoming Eco Day on the 30th May. It was particularly well timed with it being Walk to School Week and hopefully it has inspired the children to get involved.

We had an amazing day participating in the Brownlee Foundation Mini Triathlon at Bradford Grammar School yesterday. It was a fantastic event and a huge well done to all of the Water Street children who took part;they were fantastic and a credit to the school from start to finish
