Year 5 have been a real credit to the school and their families. They have worked well together, supported each other with great kindness, showed resilience and given everything their all. This morning’s orienteering and den building activities brought our time away to a great end.

Year 5 Water Street’s Got Talent was an entertaining last night! Singing, magic tricks, impressions, gymnastics, juggling, jokes…. We had it all. Pupils and staff all joined in. What a great end to our day. Dare we say… it is 9:45pm and all is quiet 🙏🤞

The weather has been perfect for Year 5s walk through Middleton Woods, up to White Wells then across the moor to The Cow and Calf where well deserved ice-creams were eaten. We stopped along the way to practise our Happy Minds bubble breathing whilst looking at the clouds and then used all of our remaining energy to try and move the Calf. We are all now preparing for tonight’s Water Street’s Got Talent!
