Community Connector My role will involve listening and building trust within the community to find ways to improve peoples chances of living longer.

I will support the community to do more 'by' themselves and deliver Events/ Activities regarding health and wellbeing.

It is with great sadness thay today was my last day as the community connector, thankyou to everyone who supported me throughout my journey especially all at the centre. Not sure where my next journey will take me be but i have enjoyed this one ❤️
