Ted's Space Adventure | 20 minutes | Best for Under 5's
Ted and best friend Plant go on an amazing fun journey around our solar system. We learn why some planets are good to live on and others not so much, we also have a cosmic sing-a-long on the way. This is perfect for a younger audience but great fun for older brothers and sisters too, must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are looking for family entertainment this Half Term Skipton Town Hall have loads of activities to keep you busy. Also coming up on the 1st of March - Comos Planetarium at Gargrave Village Hall. We experienced the Planetarium last time it was in Skipton and can thoroughly recommend!

The team at Ilkley's Clip and Climb are incredible! Please spread the word about these sessions to anyone you think might benefit from them.

My little boy Ted (aged 8) who has autism goes to them with his sister and it's brilliant that there's something they can enjoy doing together. The team are patient, kind and know all sorts of tricks to get the kids climbing high!

QUIET HOUR @ ClipnClimb Ilkley
We may also add more dates so keep an eye on our social media, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts.

These sessions have been specially created for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We want all children and adults to enjoy our facilities.

These sessions will offer a quieter hour, with more support.
There will be limited spaces available, so the arena doesn’t have too many in at once.
These sessions will not be available to book online, customers will need to book through staff.

Our safety briefing will be different for each individual child and adult, so they can understand.
There will be no flashing lights or loud music.
Parents/carers can stay with the children at all times if they wish and do not have to climb.
Extra support with climbing will be available from our Trained staff.
The climbers can come out for a rest at any time.
Families can climb together or why not bring a friend along.
Ages 2 ½ yrs. up to any age.

We at ClipnClimb Ilkley hope that these sessions will benefit all those who wish to use them.

FREE drop in 2-5pm. Includes kids crafts.

'We (and our 100 year old teddy bear) are getting ready for our 1st Craven Museum on Tour event at Embsay Library TOMORROW!

Come along and join us during our free drop in event from 2-5pm 8th February at Embsay Library for an afternoon of hands on history, with objects from the Museum to see and handle, children's crafts, displays of local archives, and refreshments to purchase from the fairtrade cafe.

Don't forget to bring along your own objects to show the Museum team, and potentially be featured on our online digital People's Museum! Whether it's a beloved toy, letters, something you've found in your garden or a family heirloom, we would love to see your treasures!'
