Join us on Sunday 12th July from 1pm to 3pm for a delicious afternoon Strawberry Tea.

As Wimbledon draws to a close, why not treat yourself to a traditional summer favourite of strawberries and cream, freshly baked scones and hot drinks in the company of family, friends and neighbours.

Whether you're bringing the children or grandchildren, meeting friends for a catch-up, or simply enjoying a relaxing afternoon to yourself, everyone is welcome.

No booking required – just come along and enjoy!

☕🍰 A Huge Thank You! 🍰☕

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make yesterday's Afternoon Tea such a wonderful success.

Thank you to all of our fantastic cake bakers for your delicious contributions, to our volunteers and helpers who gave their time and energy, and to everyone who came along to enjoy the afternoon and support the Village Hall.

We are also incredibly grateful for the generous donations received throughout the event.

Thanks to your support, we raised over £200 for Village Hall funds, which will help us continue to maintain and improve this valuable community facility for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you all for helping create such a lovely afternoon. We look forward to seeing you at our future events!

🎁 **Can You Help Our Skidby Grand Raffle Draw?** 🎁

We're looking for donations of raffle prizes for our Skidby Grand Raffle Draw. The draw will take place at our Strawberry Tea Event at the Village Hall on Sunday 12th July.

If you're a local business, organisation, or resident and would be willing to donate a prize, gift voucher, bottle, chocolates, toiletries, or any other suitable item, we would be extremely grateful for your support.

Every donation, big or small, helps us raise valuable funds for the Village Hall and the activities and events it provides for our community throughout the year.

☕🍰 **Afternoon Tea at Skidby Village Hall** 🍰☕

This Sunday, join us for a relaxing afternoon of tea, sandwiches, sweet treats, and good company at Skidby Village Hall.

We'll be serving a selection of light refreshments, including sandwiches, cakes, and other delicious treats for everyone to enjoy.

There is **no fixed charge** for the afternoon tea. Instead, we kindly invite visitors to make a donation, with all proceeds going towards the upkeep and maintenance of our village hall.

🎂 Donations of cakes and baked treats would be very much appreciated.

Whether you're catching up with friends, meeting neighbours, or simply fancy a cuppa and a slice of cake, we'd love to see you there!

☕🍰 Join us for a traditional English Afternoon Tea at Skidby Village Hall on Sunday 7th June from 1pm to 3pm.

Enjoy a lovely afternoon with friends and neighbours while tucking into a selection of freshly made sandwiches, delicious cakes and sweet treats, along with a choice of hot and cold drinks.
There’s no fixed charge — we simply ask for a donation, with all proceeds helping towards the upkeep of the village hall.

Check out Skidby Village Hall’s annual events poster – there’s plenty happening at the hall this year, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

Our hall is run by a small group of dedicated volunteers who give their time to plan and organise these events. We’re not asking you to join the committee (unless you'd like to) – but we could really do with a few extra helping hands on the day.

Could you spare an hour here or there during the year? Whether it’s setting up, serving refreshments, or just lending a hand, every little bit makes a big difference. We’re a friendly bunch and always happy to welcome new faces.

All the money raised goes towards the upkeep of our lovely village hall, helping keep it at the heart of our community.
