Three happy faces from the Picnic in the Park. The weather held....the maypole worked and everyone came out and enjoyed themselves....some lovely comments have come back ....please post any photos you have taken....we'd love to see them....and a BIG thank you to everyone who made it happen....

Race track ready, raffle ready.... wellie and games ready, ice creams here, band getting ready...maypole and hats ready...and cakes...well what can we say...other than a huge thank you to all the bakers....we salute you...the Picnic in the Park is all set for a midday start....come and join us...

It’s shaping up to be a right cracker of a Bank Holiday weekend… whatever you’re up to, enjoy every sunny minute of it! ☀️💛

And then — next Sunday (31st) — we finally get to enjoy our postponed Picnic in the Park. Fingers crossed someone can keep the sunshine tucked safely in their pocket until then… we’d be ever so grateful! 🌤️🧺

If you’re able, we’d also really appreciate a cake or two for our Tea & Cake Tent. Without your lovely bakes it’ll just be a Tea Tent… and that’s nowhere near as much fun. 🍰💕

Looking forward to a fun family afternoon together — bring your picnics and blankets, your smiles, and your sunshine spirit! Ice creams will be at the ready.....
