What's making you Mad, Sad and Glad?

If you’re a parent or family carer of a child or young person with SEND in Shropshire, we want to hear about your experiences.

MAD – What’s frustrating you? What isn’t working or needs to change?

SAD – What’s been difficult, disappointing or worrying for your family?

GLAD – What’s working well? What support or experiences have made a positive difference?

Your feedback helps PACC build a picture of what life is really like for SEND families across Shropshire. We bring together the experiences you share to highlight what is working well, identify recurring issues and help inform conversations with the services and organisations that support the SEND community.

It doesn’t have to be a big issue – the everyday experiences matter too.

Where are you on the digital spectrum? 💻

Our new research shows it's not about being online or offline.

You might be happy using devices for social uses, like sharing photos on Facebook, but you might feel nervous or less likely to book appointments or do online banking.

We’re calling for a sustained and robust programme to boost digital skills and confidence, and for services to be available offline so we move towards a future where everyone is included.

Wherever you are on the spectrum, it’s so important that Government creates a future where we’re all included.
