After months of planning, hard work, and excitement, the wait is over! Tonight we open the doors to our 4th EPiC MEN group at Sunshine House, Scholes.

EPiC MEN is a place with no judgement, no pressure, and no expectations. Just men supporting men in a safe and welcoming environment where you can talk, listen, and get things off your chest.

Our unique 6-question structure helps create conversation, encourages men to open up, and most importantly, helps us move forward one step at a time. Whether you're struggling, feeling isolated, or simply want to connect with others, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
