It's Know Your Numbers week 7-13 Sept

6 million people in the UK have high blood pressure and don’t know it. As it’s important to know what your blood pressure is, we have a blood pressure monitor available for customers to use in the library and another for customers to take home and use over a longer period.

Using our monitor will give you an idea of how your blood pressure is doing. If you are concerned, you can take the readings you have collected and speak to your GP or pharmacy.
If you would like to use our monitor in the library or loan a monitor, please ask a team member
