๐ŸŒŸ 2025: A Year of Achievement! ๐ŸŒŸ
As the year draws to a close, itโ€™s time to look back on everything weโ€™ve accomplished. 2025 has been an incredible year for our squadron, and these highlights are just the tip of the iceberg:

Top-Tier Training: 1x Gold First Aid, 1x Blue Radio/Shooting, and 2x Blue Fieldcraft qualifications earned.

Taking to the Skies: An impressive 24 flights completed across both gliding and powered flight! โœˆ๏ธ

Unforgettable Camps: Cadets represented us at the RIAT Camp, the RIAT Daytrip, and 3 cadets attended the Spadeadam Camp.

Leadership: We have had lots of promotions across the year, however a special shoutout to CWO Waller, the highest rank a cadet can reach!

We are so proud of every cadet who pushed themselves this year. We canโ€™t wait to see you go even further in 2026!

๐Ÿ‘‹ Fond Farewells
It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to some of our dedicated cadets and staff.

To Cpl Crouch, Sgt Richardson, Sgt Hemsworth, Cpl Green, and Sgt Rhodes: thank you for everything. You have all been massive assets to the squadron, and your presence will be truly missed. we wish you the very best in your next chapters!

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Ending on a High
On Tuesday, the 16th, we traded our blues for black tie to hold our final parade of the year: our Annual Dining-In Night at Worley Hall. It was a fantastic evening of celebration and tradition to cap off a stellar year. Well done to all the cadets who won awards

Wishing all our cadets, staff, and families a restful break. See you in the New Year! ๐ŸŽ†

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the tears condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning
We will remember them.

Remembrance Day marks the day World War one ended - at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month.

Last Sunday (9th November) our cadets, alongside 367 - South Sheffield Squadron Air Cadets took part in the Remembrance Sunday parade. A big thank you to all who took part, you were all incredibly smart and conducted yourselves perfectly. We are extremely proud of you.

We will remember them.

๐ŸŒŸ Cadet Spotlight โ€“ October ๐ŸŒŸ

This month, our Cadet Spotlight shines on Cadet Wheeler!

Having joined us in October last year, she has already thrown herself into squadron life, taking part in a range of activities including charity collections at morrisons to help us raise money and RIAT earlier this year. โœˆ๏ธ

Most recently, she represented 370 Squadron at the Battle of Britain Parade, where she was chosen to lay the wreath in recognition of her outstanding drill and dress standards. ๐Ÿ‘

Well done, Cadet Wheeler โ€” keep up the brilliant work! ๐Ÿ’ช
