❗️Save the date❗️

Saturday 13th June is our next community skip day. It will be here in our car park on Packhorse Lane (opposite St Mary's church hall).

Bring your unwanted items from 8am. The skip tends to fill quickly so the earlier the better!

Please note the items we are unable to take:
-batteries
-car tyres
-fridges
-freezers
-TV monitors
- gas bottles
-paint pots
-black bin waste or business waste

We are launching our very own 'Ecclesfield Parish Green Week' next week and inviting everyone within the Parish to get involved!

💚Plant some seeds!

There are so many ways to be a part of green week.

A Council Meeting of Ecclesfield Parish Council – Thursday 4th June 2026
A Council Meeting of Ecclesfield Parish Council will take place at the Council Offices, Mortomley Lane, High Green on Thursday 4th June at 7.00 pm.

In accordance with the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (as amended), the public and press may attend the meeting.

Meetings of the Council and its Committees must be held as physical meetings and are open to the public. These meetings are normally held in the chamber at the Parish Council Offices.

If you would like to attend a meeting, please report to the Clerk in the reception in the Council Offices where you will be usually asked to sign in and directed to the Chamber. However, it would be appreciated if you could register to attend, in advance of the meeting, by emailing [email protected] or ringing 0114 284 5095 as this will assist with the management of attendance at the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: The meeting room in the Council Offices has limited capacity, which means that admittance is not guaranteed for everyone. Priority will be given to registered speakers and those that have registered to attend.

Ecclesfield Parish Council is a located in the North of Sheffield and covers the areas of Ecclesfield, Chapeltown, High Green, Thorncliffe, Burncross and Grenoside.

Environmental Planning Committee Meeting of Ecclesfield Parish Council – Thursday 4th June 2026

An Environmental Planning Committee Meeting will take place at the Council Offices, Mortomley Lane High Green on Thursday 4th June at 6.30 pm.

Tomorrow is the Grenoside Family Fun Day, 11am-2pm in Grenoside park. All welcome 🌞

☀️Grenoside Family Fun Day on Wednesday 27th May 11am - 2pm 🌳

📍Grenoside Park, Main Street, S35 8PQ

Free fun for all ages - with lots there to enjoy.

🍦And there is free ice cream for the first 100 people!

We will be there along with North Local Area Committee and Friends of Grenoside Park. Why not bring a picnic and a blanket and we will see you there!
