We are sad to announce that tomorrow's Zest Pride event is POSTPONED due to the heat wave and we would rather keep everyone safe and enjoy it on the more healthier weather. This is a reminder to stay in the shade or indoors as much as possible and stay always hydrated, your health comes as priority.
We will keep you updated later this week on all social media with the new date and time.

It was a busy morning for ZESTers helping out sorting out the newly brought furniture donated by Hallam University
We are very grateful for gifting us the beautifully maintained and perfect condition furniture. It’s helping our community centre give a more cosier vibe in a cooler aesthetic! ✨

Come along for a cuppa and a space to connect with others ☕
This group is a welcoming space to talk, listen, and connect. Open to anyone with lived experience of cancer or who is affected by cancer, including friends and family.✨
This week’s session will be focusing on creative writing for wellbeing, offering a gentle and supportive way to express thoughts and emotions.
The group is facilitated by colleagues from Weston Park Cancer Charity, supported by our very own Health and Leisure staff with real lived experience of cancer.
