Good morning Bents Green. Despite the snow we are open as usual this morning. Papers have arrived! Please be careful as the roads round the shop are not passable in places, although a snow plough has just been down Ringinglow, so hopefully that roads clear now.

Local ales fully stocked ready for the weekend 🍻 Also a new selection of ready made mixers can now been found in the wine fridge- don’t worry we haven’t got rid of any of our wines to accommodate this. We still have the exact same range on white and rose wine as before, they’ve just been moved round. If you can’t find what you’re looking for just ask a member of staff 😃 🍷 🍸

Hi Everyone. Over the weekend you will notice that by the front door a basket will appear. This is a drop off point for local food banks. Whilst you’re shopping if you’re able to, then please pick up an extra item or two to donate to our local food banks. Once we have enough donations I will deliver this to a food bank within the local area. If you know of any food banks then please feel free to drop it in the comments. Our aim is to deliver to different ones each time so that we can help as many people as possible. Thanks
