For a glute focused session give this a try.

▪︎ Barbell Hip Thrust 4 sets x 6-8 reps 1 sec hold at the top.

▪︎ RDL 3 sets x 8-10 reps

▪︎ Bulgarian Spilt Squats 3 x 8-10 reps each leg

▪︎ Braced Step Downs (hold on) 3sets x 8-10 reps each leg. Focus on slow lowering.

▪︎ Cable Kickbacks 3sets x 12-15 reps each leg

▪︎ Forward leaning abductions 3 sets x 20-25 reps
