For the past few years, Urp Group Limited has donated to the local community, and we are proud to donate Christmas hampers to New Hope Food Bank, who will distribute them to vulnerable families and individuals in need.

Many people are experiencing the challenges of high inflation, including price rises in gas and electricity. New Hope Food Bank provides emergency food to people in short term crisis and supports their efforts towards stability. 💚

As we round out the year, we have been looking back at the work our team has carried out over the past twelve months.

This year alone, we have retrofitted over 300 households, continuing our ongoing effort to help people make their homes warmer, greener and cheaper to run. 🏡

Finishing the year with this level of activity gives us a clear sense of direction as we move into the next. We are ready to continue this work, support even more households and build on the consistency our team has shown throughout the year.

But with the reminder of how close we are to the new year, it signals the countdown to the end of the ECO4 scheme on the 31st of March 2026.

After yesterday's budget announcement from Rachel Reeves, we thought it would be helpful to clarify a few points regarding the ECO4 scheme.

What's going on? 🧐
The government has confirmed some changes to future home energy funding, and ECO4 is still scheduled to finish on the 31st March 2026. Nothing dramatic has changed overnight, but there's still a lot we don't know about.

The key thing to know is that ECO4 is still currently running and there is still support available for homes who could benefit from insulation, heating upgrades and other energy saving measures.

If you're unsure whether you qualify, it's completely free to check and only takes a few minutes.
