Blessed to spend time today with family visiting from sunny Cyprus. What made it even more special was that after a few years, the three of us were finally able to get together again.

Yodi aka Sifu, and Laggy have both influenced me greatly over the years, and I've learned so much from them. Life has taught me that family isn't always about blood; sometimes the deepest connections are built on love, loyalty, respect, and shared experiences. Those are the relationships that truly stand the test of time.

Today's feast was a Beef Nacho Melt — a beef patty topped with crunchy nachos, melted mozzarella, rich tomato sauce, jalapeños, and red onions. Amazing food shared with amazing people. Moments like these are a reminder that some bonds never fade, no matter how much time passes. 🙏❤️🍔☀️

We've just picked up our new planters for the wall from Dore Moor Garden Centre, and we couldn't be more excited!

We're looking forward to getting everything sorted, planted up, and hung in place to bring some extra greenery and colour to the space. It's all starting to come together, and we can't wait to share the finished result with you.

Had a fantastic evening catching up with my good friend Trevor Barlow, who’s over visiting from Florida. We decided to enjoy a meal at The Mogul Room, and as always, it did not disappoint! Great food, great company, and plenty of laughs throughout the evening.

This must be my third visit to the Mogul Room this month alone, so I reckon I should be earning a few brownie points for being such a frequent customer! 😂

A wonderful night all round—good friend, great conversation, and outstanding food. Looking forward to my next visit already! 🍛✨
