Children's Involvement Team (Sheffield City Council) The Children's Involvement Team (Sheffield City Council) work with children and young people to have a voice on issues that affect them and their communities.

The Children's Involvement Team (Sheffield) works to ensure that children and young people have a say on issues that affect them and their communities. Our work includes:
- Providing advocacy for children in care and
for children in child protection conferences
- Facilitating the Children in Care Council
- Co-ordinating the Independent Visitor Scheme
- Delivering bespoke child friendly consulta

tions
- Delivering training around children’s involvement
- Supporting organisations to deliver Child Centred Reviews
- Developing and selling resources including; publications, practical resources and DVD’s...including the Communi-crate suite of tools
- Offering strategic guidance to organisations
- Providing general help and support with involving children and young people
