Closing the door, taking a deep breath, and letting the walls hold you. 🚪❤️For many young adults in the care system or those escaping abusive environments, privacy is a luxury they have never known. They are used to hyper-vigilance—always listening for footsteps, always on guard, always wondering if their personal space will be violated. At Cherrytree Support Services, a resident's bedroom is their absolute sanctuary. It is a place where they are allowed to shut the world out completely. No one will enter without permission. No one will disturb their peace. Behind that closed door, the exhausting act of "surviving" can finally stop. They can cry if they need to, dance to music, study in peace, or just sleep for twelve hours straight without fear. True recovery starts when you finally feel safe enough to let your guard down.🌱 We believe every young person deserves a safe space to breathe. 🏠 **Can Your Business Help a Young Person Make a Fresh Start?**

Every year, young adults leave Cherrytree Support Services ready to begin living independently.

For many, it's an exciting new chapter—but they often move into completely empty accommodation with very little to call their own.

While we do everything we can to help furnish their new homes, we simply can't provide everything they need.

We're looking for local businesses that may be able to support us by donating, discounting or helping us source:
🛏️ Mattresses and bedding
🛋️ Furniture
🍽️ Kitchen essentials
⚡ Small appliances such as kettles, toasters and microwaves
🏠 Other household essentials

If your business has surplus stock, discontinued lines, ex-display items, or can offer trade prices, we'd love to hear from you.

You can't dream about the future if you are terrified in the present. 🛌🌙Trauma and homelessness do terrible things to sleep. When you don't feel secure, your brain stays awake to keep you alive. Many of our young residents arrive at Cherrytree Support Services completely exhausted from months of broken, anxious nights. That is why a bed of one's own, inside a room that locks, is the best medicine we can offer. Clean sheets, a comfortable mattress, and a room where you are completely safe change everything. It turns sleep from a stressful gamble into a restful sanctuary. Once our young adults start getting regular, peaceful sleep, everything else begins to fall into place. Their mental health improves, their energy returns, and suddenly, waking up for school or work feels possible.✨ Help us provide sweet dreams and safe nights for vulnerable young adults.
