Unfortunately, today’s Finance & General Purpose Committee meeting has been cancelled due to it being inquorate. All items will be discussed at next month’s Finance & General Purpose meeting, due to go ahead on Tuesday 13 October 2026.

Your local officer will be holding a police surgery on:

Wednesday 9th September 2026 at Minster-on-Sea Parish Council Office, Love Lane, ME12 2LP. Surgery will be held between 19:00 and 21:00

Come and join the MSEP for The Great British Beach Clean at Minster Beach.
Meet - in the car park by The Little Oyster Tearoom, Seaside Avenue, Minster ME12 2NJ. Please note parking charges apply but there is free on street parking close by.
Date - Friday 18th September
Time - 10am - 12pm

Equipment - litter pickers, bags and gloves will be supplied (please let me know you are coming so I can bring along enough equipment.)

What a wondeful turn out at The Rotary Club Summer Spectacular this Sunday! It was wonderful to see so many people out enjoying Minster-on-Sea and the well organised event by The Rotary Club.

The government recently decided to change how local services are delivered in Kent. In April 2028, Swale Borough Council will be replaced by a new unitary council covering Swale, Ashford, Folkestone, and Hythe.

They want to know what you think about living in your area right now, what works well, and what needs improving. This is your chance to help shape their priorities, and provide the new council with a clear view of what is important to local people. Get ready for a Sunday to remember thanks to the Rotary Summer Spectacular at Barton's Point! From 12pm to 6pm on Sunday the 30th August, you can look forward to a fantastic day out with something for everyone:
Funfair Rides, Tombola, Live Music, Food & Refreshments, Craft Stalls, Pony Rides, Dog Show, Water Activities, Shows & Displays, Crazy Golf, Wrestling Show, Tug of War and so much more we cannot fit!

Minster on Sea Parish Council donated £1500 from the Community Support Fund to support the event, providing entertainment within Minster on Sea.
