Seaton Tramway operates narrow gauge heritage trams between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton in East Devon's glorious Axe Valley, travelling alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves and giving an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life. The coastal resort of Seaton is now a gateway town to the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, whilst the historic town of Colyton

Something magical is coming to Seaton Tramway...

Tickets now available!
This summer, Moomin magic is heading for Devon in a big way - a brand new family event: MOOMIN SUMMER ADVENTURE, taking place from 3 to 9 August, at Seaton Tramway.

Families will be welcome to climb aboard the specially decorated Moomin-themed tram to travel through the lovely Axe Valley on a big adventure, just like the Moomins in Moominvalley.

DEPARTING 28th May – NEW FOR 2026! – The Dinosaur Safari Tram! 🦖

Join your Ranger for a journey through the Axe Valley by Tram, starting at Colyton Station
Try to spot all the dinosaurs along the way!

Then head to Jurassic Discovery for a guided tour through The Last Day of the Dinosaurs Exhibition.

You will then make your way to the Jurassic Garden to finish with your very own Dino Dig! There may even be time for a photo opportunity with our Baby T-Rex - Astro!
