This September, we're supporting Know Your Numbers Week and encouraging everyone, whatever their age, to take a few minutes to check their blood pressure.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but knowing your numbers could help prevent serious health problems.
Knowing your blood pressure is one of the simplest things you can do to look after your heart and wellbeing.
The check is quick, easy, and could give you valuable information to help you stay healthy for years to come.
Whether you're 20 or 80, knowing your blood pressure can help you make informed choices about your health. Take a moment to know your numbers and encourage someone you care about to do the same.
