Are you an organisation based in Lancashire working with the Armed Forces Community? Why not join the Forces Wellbeing Collective peer supervision session for volunteers and professionals, led by clinical Lead Carl Schears. Together were working better, together were stronger 💚

Supporting veterans, serving personnel and their families is rewarding work, but it asks a lot of the people doing it. Everyone in that role deserves a space to step back, reflect and recharge.

That's exactly what our Lancashire Workforce Supervision Group is for.

📅 Friday 3 July 2026
⏰ 10:00am – 12:30pm
📍 The Corner Flag, Blackpool FC Hotel, Bloomfield Road, FY1 6JJ

Chaired by our Clinical Supervisor, it's a safe, reflective space for professionals and volunteers from across sectors to:

✔️ Share experiences and best practice in supporting the Armed Forces community
✔️ Build connections and strengthen collaboration across sectors
✔️ Explore common challenges and find practical solutions
✔️ Look after your own wellbeing and resilience while you support others

Whether you're part of a charity, a public service or a community organisation, it's a chance to learn from others, reflect on your practice and help improve support for the Armed Forces community across Lancashire.

The group meets the first Friday of every month. It's completely free, and as breakfast is provided, registration is required.
