Sandhurst Town Council Supporting our Nepali community,

On the 26th August devastating floods and landslides severely impacted areas in Nepal including Rasuwa, Trishuli, and along the Bhote Koshi river corridors, where several riverside towns and settlements have been swept away.
Given our valued Nepali community in Sandhurst, Sandhurst Town Council unanimously agreed to support the flood relief efforts and will donate to the Nepal disaster relief fund and promote the fund on our Website and Social Media platforms.

🏆 Finalists will perform in front of our judges and audience
🎆 The winner will perform at Sandhurst Town Council’s Fireworks Event on 31st October.

Audience tickets for the final will be £5 per person, with proceeds supporting the Mayor’s charities, Thames Hospice and Walk Once More.

We have some refurbishment work commencing on Monday 24th August at the Council Offices, which are scheduled to last for around 6-7 weeks.

These works will take the ladies toilets out of action within the Council office building. The ladies public toilets accessed from outside of the building remain available.

Normal access will remain for all bookings and activities held in the Main Hall & Kitty Dancy Room. However the Council Office itself will be closed for the duration of the works, during which time Council staff will only be contactable via email. Should you wish to see someone face-to-face we can arrange a time and location with you.

The New Slide is OPEN! 😁🛝

Thank you everyone for your patience as we waited for replacement parts to be manufactured, delivered and installed for our new slide installation.

Unfortunately some elements of the slide had been damaged. The replacement bespoke parts have now been delivered and installed, so this exciting new addition to Sandhurst Memorial Park is now available to use.
