If so, come along and show your support for Adnaan, who will be taking on an incredible challenge that's personal to him - running for 36 hours on a treadmill to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health.

He says "Mental health isn't just a cause I'm supporting – it's something I've lived through myself. Two years ago, I was at my lowest point. I was struggling badly with my mental health and attempted to take my own life. Looking back, that moment changed everything for me. It felt like I had been given another chance. A chance to keep going, to help others, and to make a difference.

Since then, I've made it my mission to support people however I can."
