On Tuesday evening, we had our end of term party. The cubs plays some outdoor games and enjoyed some nibbles and drinks. It also happens to be our 2 young leaders birthdays, one yesterday, Wednesday and the 1st week of the holidays. It only felt right that we have cake and a rendition of happy birthday. Robbie, on the right has been part of our group for 7 years, joining us as a scout, moving onto explorers and becoming a young leader. Robbie has been with us at cubs for 4 years, turning up week after week, giving his time to help us give the cubs the best experience possible. Now 18, Robbie is off to uni. There will always be a place for you at Wilton, good luck. Then we have Edward, turning 16 soon. Edward has been part of Wilton scout group for 8 years, joining us as a beaver back in 2016. He moved his way through all the sections, to being an explorer and also a young leader. Edward always shows up, mucks in and is a wonderful role model to our young people. Enjoy your birthday at camp! We waved goodbye to 6 cubs, some onto scouts, some moving away. We are so proud of the wonder young people you are turning into. Good luck to you all. We will miss you!
