Free, fun family activities on Bemerton Heath. Join us on Tuesday for stories, rhymes, games and brick building. The friendly library team will be at St Michael’s Community Centre and Cafe from 10am to 2pm on Tuesday 27th of October.

We also have lots and lots of books to snuggle down with as well, so borrow a good book, put the kettle on, make a warm drink, get yourself a snack, grab a blanket and start or finish that book on your 'TBR' pile.

Free, fun family activities hosted by Salisbury Library will take place at St Michael’s Community Centre this half term. There will be rhymetimes, storytimes, games for children and adults, lots of brick building activity and a reminiscence session at midday to have a chat about past memories on Bemerton Heath. All free and all welcome. Join us on Tuesday 27th of October between 10am and 2pm.

Join us on Saturday 24th October 2026 from 10:30 am - 11:30am for a fun pumpkin themed story and craft.

Halloween or other fancy dress optional.

This is a drop in session, no need to book, aimed at children up to 12 (ish).

Just an FYI about some of the activities we have here in Salisbury Library over the half term holiday.

We have a book sale featuring learning to read type books - a bargain at 20p each or 3 for 50p. We have our usual trail and activity/colouring table but new for this holiday we have a Halloween quiz and as always lots and lots of books

Here we go then... something that has been asked for at Salisbury Library for a little while and now here it is.

Please put your hands together to welcome our newest activity/group: 'The Discovery Den Home Education Group'

Join us on the first Thursday of every month, between 2 and 3pm. The first group will be on Thursday 5th November 2026.
