🏆 Grecian Streets Employee of the Month for August is Danielle 🏆

A huge congratulations to our wonderful Danielle, our Baby Room Leader, on being named our Employee of the Month for August! 🥳💕

Danielle is a truly valued member of our nursery team. Her caring nature, extensive knowledge and dedication shine through every day, especially when supporting our youngest babies. 👶💗

She is fantastic at helping our little ones settle in, feel safe, secure and happy, always taking the time to understand each baby’s individual needs and making those first days at nursery as positive as possible. 🌈

🌟Exciting new beginnings🌟

As we say goodbye and good luck to many of our children we are also wishing Katie good luck in her new job, we’re all incredibly proud of her.
Of course, we’ll miss her loads, especially the babies, who have adored her gentle care and big smiles every day. She’s been a huge part of our Tinytots family and has brought so much joy to our setting.
We wish her all the success and happiness in her new adventure. 💛✨

Get ready for a magical story adventure this September.

Cat’s Tales is a series of six fun, relaxed story-sharing sessions for children ages 18 – 24 months and their grown-ups. Each fun-filled session includes songs, stories, and creative activities that support early language development.

Across the 6 weekly sessions, children can collect badges, books and creative activities to build their very own Story Explorers Kit!

Sessions are FREE, but booking for all six sessions is required (see dates below). Only one ticket required per family.

The sessions start W/C 14th September and run weekly for 6 weeks:

Pendleton Library, Tuesdays, 10.30am
Broughton Library, Thursdays, 10.30am

Sessions are intended for families within the following postcodes.

M6 5, M6 6, M6 7

Broughton Area

If you are not in one of these postcodes, you may be offered, but not guaranteed a place, depending on availability

✨ A Wonderful Day at The Wild Thing Exhibition! ✨

Yesterday a small group of children visited The Wild Thing at The Lowry and the children absolutely loved it. We explored lots of different pictures from well‑known books and even discovered some stories we’d never read before. The children were so excited recognising familiar characters and pointing out new ones.

We then headed into the cosy Story Nook for some quiet time, where we shared books together. We even read a brand‑new Julia Donaldson story that we’d spotted in the exhibition — a real treat!

Afterwards, the children enjoyed some imaginative play in the playroom. They made plenty of “coffee” (complete with sound effects!), played shop — though some of the ice cream and coffee were very expensive — and welcomed other children who joined in the fun. There was also lots of dressing up, hair styling, and make‑up play, which brought plenty of giggles.

We all had such a wonderful time exploring, reading, and playing together. A lovely day full of imagination and joy. We can't wait to visit again with some more children. 💛📚✨

🌞🦁 Zoo Trip Fun! 🐒🐧

What an amazing day we had at Blackpool Zoo! Our little explorers loved seeing all the wonderful animals, from towering giraffes to playful monkeys and curious elephants.🦒🐵🐧

The children enjoyed spotting their favourite animals, learning fascinating facts, and making lots of happy memories together. It was a fantastic day full of smiles, laughter, and adventure! 💚

A big thank you to our wonderful staff for helping make the trip so special, and to all our families for their continued support.

We can't wait for our next adventure! 🚌✨

🎓✨ What a fantastic day celebrating our wonderful children of 2026! ✨🎓

We are so proud of each and every one of our amazing children as they graduate from nursery and get ready for their next big adventure.

Our celebration was filled with lots of smiles and laughter, including face painting, a bouncy castle, biscuit decorating and a fun game of pass the parcel! 🎨🏰🍪🎁

A huge thank you to one of our lovely parents who made the most beautiful and delicious graduation cake. It looked absolutely amazing and was enjoyed by everyone! 🎂💖

To all of our children who are leaving, we wish you the very best of luck as you start your new adventures at school. Keep smiling, keep learning and always believe in yourselves. We know you'll all do amazing things!

We will miss you all so much, but you'll always be part of our nursery family. 💙

🎈☀️A Special Day in Sunshine Room! 🌈🎈

Yesterday our Sunshine Room babies had a wonderful time preparing for their exciting transition to Rainbow Room! 💛

We celebrated this special milestone with lots of fun, including decorating delicious biscuits 🍪, playing with colourful balloons 🎈, and making happy memories together.

We are so proud of how much our little ones have grown and can't wait to watch them continue their learning journey in Rainbow Room. A big thank you to our amazing staff for making today so special, and to our families for all your continued support. ❤️
