💐 A Fond Farewell- Message to Providers from Jo Rust, Early Years Quality Advisor 💐

After 22 wonderful years with the Early Years team, I’ve made the decision to take early retirement so I can spend more time supporting my parents ❤️

It has truly been an absolute privilege to work alongside so many passionate and dedicated childminders, early years leaders, wraparound managers, and practitioners. You have inspired me every single day, and I will always be grateful for that.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me into your homes and settings over the years, and for embracing my visits with such openness and trust. Being part of your journeys has meant more than words can say.

I promise I’ll miss you far more than you’ll miss me turning up with my annual review forms 😊

Wishing each and every one of you all the very best — keep doing the incredible work you do, keep making a difference for children and families, and keep being the amazing people you are 💖

Best wishes,
Jo Rust
Early Years Quality Advisor ✨
