This yearβs Mental Health Awareness Week theme is βTaking Actionβ, and this event is all about coming together, connecting with others and taking positive steps to support our mental wellbeing.
Following the success of last yearβs event, Picnic in the Park returns with a welcoming, familyβfriendly atmosphere, bringing together local organisations offering support, information and activities.
Youβll be able to meet teams including St Helens Wellbeing, Dad Matters St. Helens, Home-Start St Helens and many more...
πΆ Thereβll also be live music and entertainment to enjoy, so bring along a picnic, relax with friends and family, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our Green Flag award-winning Taylor Park.
This event aims to reduce stigma around mental health, highlight the support available locally and encourage everyone to take action β whether thatβs reaching out for help, supporting others or simply spending time together.
