After nearly 30 years in the homeless sector in different roles we say an emotional but heartfelt farewell to our support worker and friend Ian who is retiring today🫶🏻

He helped encourage and support a lot of individuals and has well and truly warmed a lot of hearts💚

Working in this sector definitely has its tough days but you could always guarantee that Ian was there waiting with a listening ear and a brew ☕️

We wish him the best in enjoying his retirement, we will miss him immensely🫶🏻

Summer fest with a little twist.

Unfortunately due to the weather recently we couldn’t do our summer fest to its full potential outside, but we made the most of good company and tasty food inside☺️
The residents had a chance to catch up with others and get to know interests for future activities together🥳

Please meet some of our 4 legged best friends 🐾

Having once experienced homelessness, they know what it means to face uncertainty, hardship, and long nights with nowhere to call home. Through every challenge, their dog never left their side. Together, they weathered the toughest moments, finding comfort in each other’s company when they had little else. That loyal companion offered unconditional love, hope, and a reason to keep moving forward, proving that even in the darkest times, they were never truly alone. Looking back, they know that while life has changed, the bond they built through those struggles will last forever.

The carrots are also looking very strong🥕
We have planted red and yellow sweet pea peppers and hot chilli’s🪏👩‍🌾👨‍🌾
