Whilst Cornwall Council is not responsible for organising the Boardmasters festival, it has shared the contacts and reporting routes below and on the poster to help direct people to the organisation best placed to respond.

Residents can contact the Boardmasters team by email at [email protected] or by the 24-hour phone line on 01637 817444.

Many local service issues can be reported directly to Cornwall Council using https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/report-something/.

These include:

litter and street cleansing;
overflowing litter bins;
fly-tipping;
missed waste and recycling collections;
potholes and highways defects;
issues with roads;
illegally parked vehicles;
other environmental and neighbourhood issues.

At the request of the Town Council, Cornwall Council has agreed that dimmed streetlighting will remain on overnight during Carnival Week.

Waste and recycling will continue to be collected earlier this week as the heat health alert is extended.

For all collections from Monday 13 July, Tuesday 14 July and Wednesday 15 July please make sure your bins, bags and sacks are out for collection before 6am.

Thank you for helping us keep our crews safe while they work in the hot weather.
