A last shout out for this exciting adventure next Wednesday at Castle an Dina’s for a family friendly tour & a chance to explore the archeological features. A walk through history inspired by legends.

£5 per child starting at Castle an Dina’s at 10am then back to the library for 12 noon.

Please message or pop into the library by Monday 17th August to secure a place.

What an amazing morning we have had at our Garden Show with St Columb Youth Club 🌺
Firstly well done to all the children & adults who took part, your entries were all so amazing & our judges commented on how hard it was to pick the winners. It was so lovely to see the creativity that went into each exhibit & the talent that we have here in St Columb🏆
Secondly thank you to everyone who has helped or who came along to support our event. Community events are so important & it was lovely to see the community spirit this morning.
Lastly thank you to Stacey for the amazing cakes she baked & to everyone who bought some cakes 🍰

Cornwall Libraries now offers Memory Boxes for loan. There are 10 different boxes on topics such as money, animals, music, household treasures, gardening, fashion, and more available to reserve and borrow for free

The Memory Boxes have been created by Memory Matters and are designed to support people living with dementia, although they are available to anyone to borrow. They can be used by families, friends, carers and anyone supporting people with cognitive decline. Each box contains themed objects, simple activities, and prompts. These can help to encourage conversation, reminiscence, and time spent together.
