Caerhays Castle Gardens Caerhays Garden, set in a secluded valley above Porthluney Cove, is one of Cornwall’s Great Gardens and home to the National Magnolia Collection.

Closed until February 2027. Caerhays Castle and Gardens are open during the spring for individuals, groups and school visits. We are licensed for wedding ceremonies in three locations, as well as private events and filming. Caerhays Estate has a Georgian manor house available for exclusive hire. There are 11 luxury holiday let properties across the Estate. Caerhays Gardens were awarded Garden of t

he Year 2016 by the Historic Houses Association sponsored by Christies, and received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the 2nd year running. Garden opening dates for 2025 will be Monday the 10th February – Sunday 8th June. Gardens will be open daily and dogs on leads are welcome. Castle opening dates for 2025 will be Monday the 3rd March – Sunday 8th June (by guided tour only, weekdays only) and Castle tour times will be 11:30, 13:00 and 14:30.

Please park where directed by our lovely team of scouts 🙏 and walk up to the castle. As always, there is transport for those who find it more difficult to walk. 🚌

We couldn’t ask for a better day for our Summer Fete tomorrow! Come along and support Merlin - Cornwall's Neuro Therapy Centre plus lots of local crafters and businesses. Have fun in the circus skills tent, enjoy the entertainment and feast on delicious food. Is your dog the best dog in the world? Then enter him or her in the fun dog show! Fern Britton has kindly agreed to open the fete, judge the dog show and draw the raffle 🥰 The gates open at 10am, bring some cash and spend the day enjoying a truly traditional summer fete. ☀️🎪🎶
