After a few teething problems it now looks as if we are up and running!!!

We have been extremely busy over the last week ,and next week we are expecting to be extremely busy ,it is definitely silly season.
We are going to try to have 3 people on for most of the day,however Tuesday and Wednesday I have appointments both days that cannot be changed so for some of these days there may only be 2 people.
We will try to get you in and out as quickly as we can .
We are always happy to see you all,however over the last few weeks we are getting a lot of 1 star reviews on Google due to people thinking the staff have been unhelpful and rude,we are pushed to our absolute limits at times and certainly don't ever want anyone to feel that ,so can I ask if you do feel that the service you have received is not what you would expect speak to us rather than jumping onto a keyboard and slating us .
We are only human as you all are

Hello!!!!.
We have returned from sunny Barbados and are ready to see all of our lovely customers!!.

We are almost on our way home!!!our flight is on Thursday at 5pm Barbados time ...10pm UK.. we will be back in the UK on Friday and open bright and early on Saturday at 9am....please be kind ......jet lag will have kicked in as I am sitting in a bar drinking champagne at 630pm ...its 1130 in the UK and we are normally asleep at 9pm!!!!
