COMING SOON… THE MARLBOROUGH BIG READ 2027!
We are excited to announce that our chosen book for Marlborough's Big Read 2027 will soon be available.

Each year, our Big Read brings our school community together through one shared book. The story becomes the inspiration for exciting activities, discussions and learning opportunities across the curriculum, with departments putting their own creative spin on the themes and ideas within the book.

We’re encouraging everyone in our Marlborough community to get involved and read along with us! Students, staff and families – why not join us as we explore this year’s fantastic story together?

Each month, our students celebrate a different author, diving into their stories, exploring their unique voices, and discovering what makes their writing special. From timeless classics to contemporary favourites, this monthly spotlight encourages a love of reading, sparks meaningful discussions, and inspires creativity across all year levels. It also helps students connect with different writing styles, genres, and perspectives. Ask for your copy from the LRC.

We have Carmel Jane Photography visiting Marlborough on Wednesday 9th September to take individual photos of Years 7, 9, 11 and 12.
Please ensure your child is in full school uniform for their photograph.
All parents/carers are requested to pre-register for instant access to their child's photographs as soon as they are ready. You have been sent an email with your unique reference to register for access.
